There have been 9 civil lawsuits (at least) filed against doctors and clinics in the USA!
These clinics and providers that are being sued all have a few things in common…..
#1 they all use either adipose or blood as a supposed source of stem cells

I field tested a bone marrow concentrate system that has been around for a while and which has a design that requires about 90 second of spin time in a two stage spin. There is a unique disposable design which I have been told is partly responsible for their decrease in required spin time to separate cells.
This case study is a 47 year old woman with years of knee pain from arthritis. She has had 2 prior surgeries and multiple steroid shots from other clinicians. We decided to use her own stem cells from her bone marrow….concentrate them…and inject them into the areas around her knee where she needs cartilage and bone marrow support.
We have reached everyone already signed up but want to confirm that tonight’s scheduled orthopedic Stem Cell/PRP seminar has to be moved to this Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 7p to 8p at our office at 1015 N. Carroll, #2000, from 7p – 8p. Sorry for the inconvenience….Hope to see everyone signed up on this Thursday!
Kudos to the Contact7 investigative journalists for exposing the rampant stem cell fraud being promoted by organizations like the Stem Cell Institute of America. If the orthopedic medical evaluation and orthobiologic procedures are not being done by an orthopedic trained (and ideally board certified) physician or surgeon……then the incidence of consumer fraud with stem cell treatments is more than 75% (just my opinion on the %)
We tested the Marrow Cellutions/Maxx Regen Needle on the left posterior iliac crest against a multiport Jamshidi Needle on the right posterior iliac crest (same patient) used in a unicortical, multi-depth technique.
We have announced the next 10 dates for our educational PRP and Stem Cell Seminars
Recap: On one patient I used the Marrow Cellutions/Maxx Regen needle to draw a total of 9cc of marrow from the left posterior iliac crest. On the same patient I went 1 inch superior on the same crest, and using a multiport Jamshidi with the same 10cc size syringe as the MC needle, I drew 9cc of marrow in 1cc increments with needle advancement of 0.4cm between 1cc draws (trying to best match the MC needle technique)
In our quest to find the best in office, ultrasound guided bone marrow aspiration solution for stem cell injections for our patients, we are continually testing novel approaches and solutions to see how they perform against current standards. In our Round 1 Test of the Marrow Cellutions/Maxx Regen Needle versus a standard multi-port Jamshidi used in a unicortical multi-depth technique, we found that the MC Needle produced a 53% better TNC compared to the multiport Jamshidi used in a unicortical multi-depth technique.
Sometimes there is only one way to really know what is happening inside a joint…..and when that happens we look directly into the joint using a small needle arthroscopy device called the Mi-Eye 2. The procedure is covered by insurance and done under local anesthesia. Most procedures take about 10 minutes. Usually this replaces the need for a MRI scan which can take 45 minutes and for some people is just not an option because they have claustrophobia or they have metal implants. Here is a 4 minute video showing a recent case in the office. Give us a call if you want more information!
