Kevin underwent an open MCL repair using two suture anchors for a grade three tear, combined with a bone marrow concentrate stem cell procedure to treat his ACL tear. At three months post-op, Kevin demonstrates excellent progress with near-equal knee flexion compared to his uninjured side, full extension, and strong straight leg lifts. Dr. Buford performs a physical examination, noting that Kevin's knee stability matches his uninjured leg.
