Greg underwent an arthroscopic surgery to repair a large 3-centimeter rotator cuff tear in his right shoulder using two suture anchors. Before the surgery, he struggled with immobility and sleep loss due to severe pain. After completing two and a half months of physical therapy (starting six weeks after the procedure), he demonstrates an excellent range of motion and good arm strength. He notes that the recovery was hard work, but he is glad he did it.
